Have already referred Paul to many of our friends who were looking. We've bought and sold 4 homes in the West Seattle, Redmond and Bellevue areas. He understands the market, is straight forward and and I can see how he adjusts strategically to the market conditions, as when he worked through how much to list for our Redmond house. It wasn't too conservative or out of touch. I appreciated that he paid attention to the latest locally and not what might be generally the trend. For the latest home, it was Paul that suggested that Bellevue location-- happens to work well with our current lifestyle and would not have found it without him. We would have gone on to rent for a bit instead.
